A tracking number is emailed (if provided), and text messaged to you when orders are shipped out.
No. We do not charge subscription, new patient/client, or setup fees.
We will contact you within 24-48 hours, unless it’s a weekend or holiday. We will respond on the same or next business day in most cases.
Yes. All providers must be current and active with their licensing to prescribe medications.

As a 503A Pharmacy, we can only accept patient-specific prescriptions; we legally cannot fill for Office Use. Setting up an account is mandatory if you want your clinic/provider to be billed and/or all orders shipped to your clinic location. However, if you have a one-off prescription to be billed and shipped to the patient directly, you do not need to set up an account with us if all information is provided on the prescription, and we can verify credentials (license numbers, practice location, etc.)
You can place orders by submitting them through our portal, Life File. You can also submit them electronically via Surescripts or fax the prescriptions to 1-866-525-8615.
The states we ship to are AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MA, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, WA, and WY
We have multiple ways to ship. Our carriers are USPS and FedEx. Each comes with multiple options. We can overnight for temperature-sensitive medications, two-day (1-2 days), or normal snail mail (3-5 days). For extra cost, we can add a Signature Required if requested.
We accept most HSA/FSA cards, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. (We are a concierge service and are not set up as a facility to process insurance.)
We can ship however is most convenient for your practice. We can ship directly to your clinic location, directly to your patient, or a mix.
We ship all medications within 2-4 business days of receiving your prescriptions. We also have an option for a scheduled day of the week orders will be shipped to your clinic locations.
We do not need this information as long as the prescription is not expired and all required information is included.

Not necessarily. Drug development is part of any 503A pharmacy. Please call 425-255-9000 to discuss to see if we can accommodate any needs.
We use several different medical vendors for our bulk chemicals. The largest we purchase from are PCCA, Medisca, and McKesson. All vendors are FDA regulated and provide Certificates of Analysis for every chemical purchased.
No, we are a 503A Pharmacy. Office Use medications may be purchased from 503B Outsourcing Facilities.
Our compounds are made for patient-specific prescriptions; no medications can be returned.
Per legal requirements, we must have our own labeling attached to our medications. However, if you provided us with any custom or private paperwork/pamphlet/insert/brochure, we would happily include that in the prescription package sent out from our facility.
